We as the standard personalized store of Pakistan, have some rules to be followed. We require you to have complete understanding of these terms. They will help in preventing any misconduct.
Privacy Policy:
We respect the privacy of our customers.
When you come to us via our website, we store your personal details. It doesn't mean that we will leak out your details to any other source. These details are kept in secrecy. We regard our customers and their personal data.
Any defect found in the product/design has to be informed via email on info@myart.pk within 3 days of product delivery along with pictorial evidence
Our team will contact regarding issue and if founds true the replacement will be dispatched within 3-4 working days
Note: For printed/engraved products our working model is ‘POD’ Print On Demand, every product specifically gets printed and ready as per individual order so we only give replacement in case of a damaged product or a wrong product/design being delivered. Replacement wont be executed other than these
Payment Policy:
We collect payment on delivery in cash. Meanwhile we can use bank transfer for payment also.
Delivery Policy:
After receiving an order My Art will dispatch the goods. It will take 3 to 5 working days for goods to reach at destination.
These terms and conditions are termed to change at any time without any prior notice. Therefore we suggest our valuable clients to review these terms and conditions off and on.
